We are open Monday to Friday 8 AM TO 4 PM

CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?

We are currently accepting credit cards with a processing fee. Please download the CC form from our form library. You may also pay with check with no processing fee. 

HOW CAN I OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

CAN I GET TRACKING ON MY ORDER?

Tracking information will be on your invoice. You can also email sales@phcollection.com to obtain status

CAN I GET A COPY OF MY INVOICE?

CAN I APPLY FOR TERMS?

Peninsula home is not offering net terms at this time.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?

In stock orders ship typically within 3-5 business days. For out of stock or custom orders lead times vary. Please contact sales@phcollection.com for each 

HOW CAN I GET SAMPLES?

We offer a variety of wood, fabric and leather samples. We are happy to send them for only the cost of the shipping.

Please contact sales@phcollection.com to request. You can also purchase a full book of fabrics for $75.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship from Irvine, CA

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM?

Peninsula offers no minimums for designers. For stocking dealer inquires or large scale projects, please email us: sales@phcollection.com

CAN I SEND YOU A COM?

Yes, you can send your own com please find the required form in the portal and specify on your order to accurately quote you.

DO I GET A DISCOUNT IF I SEND A COM?

We actually charge a fee to accept your com, it requires more time and attention on our end to accommodate this request and we do charge for this convenience.

CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WHERE IS THIS MADE?

Peninsula case goods and carved items are made in Peru by our talented artisans.

The majority of upholstery is bench made in California adhering to the strictest safety regulations and quality assurance.
