Color Disclaimer: Due to variances among color monitors the colors that appear on your screen may not be exact. If accuracy of color is important, you must request finish sample prior to ordering.
Items Damaged in Shipment: All of our items are hand‐made from start to finish. Individual workmanship may cause slight differences in measurements and finishes. This solid wood product constantly responds to its environment. Therefore, the furniture has a subtle distressed look. Splitting, cracking, chipping and glazing may occur. We, and the vast majority of our customers, think the imperfect nature of the wood and finishing methods create an antique but spirited look that is part of the charm and appeal of the product. Please be aware that these blemishes and imperfections are non‐structural in nature and are to be expected. When you receive an order from Peninsula Home Collection you should inspect the packaging for any signs of damages and report them on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. This will ease the claim process with the freight company in regards to the damaged shipment. We ask that you inspect your merchandise promptly upon receipt of goods and report any damages or discrepancies to Peninsula Home Collection within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise. Any damages reported after 72 hours will not be processed. If you have a damaged item, please contact Peninsula Home Collection customer service at 949.553.9856 or by utilizing the Contact Us page to send us an email regarding your situation. Your customer service rep will issue a Return Material Authorization and our damages/claims department will arrange for the damaged merchandise to be picked up and returned to our warehouse. It is important for you to keep the original packaging that the item was shipped in whenever possible use the original packaging to re‐pack the damaged item for pick‐up. Peninsula Home Collection will ship out a replacement for the damaged item as soon as it becomes available. Also, your assistance in providing photographs and/or other evidence is much appreciated and will help expedite a solution. If you are missing any items, please do not sign that you have received all items listed, as you will lose any and all rights to replacement, credit, or refund. If you receive missing or items damaged in trucking, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify the delivery carrier immediately and file a claim. If you need assistance in filing a claim, please contact Peninsula Home Collection. All freight invoices are deemed separate from product invoices. Therefore, all product invoices are expected due upon delivery, regardless of any pending freight claim. Freight charges are not refundable.
Items Returned No Damage: Standard items are returnable for credit towards future orders within 7 days of the shipping date. All returns must be in saleable condition and a 35% restocking fee will be charged against the merchandise being returned and applicable freight charges. All returned merchandise must be returned in the original shipping containers. The buyer is responsible for Freight Charges both ways

PENINSULA HOME COLLECTION OFFERS THE CLIENT THE OPTION OF USING THEIR OWN MATERIAL (COM & COL). ITS RESPONSIBILITY IS LIMITED TO THE SALES PRICE OF THE FRAME TO BE COVERED.
CLIENT UNDERSTANDS AND ACCEPTS THAT THE COST OF THE COM/COL WILL NOT BE RECOVERED FROM PENINSULA UNLESS APPROVED IN WRITING. CUSTOMER OPTS TO USE A SPECIAL MATERIAL DOES SO AT ITS OWN RISK.
Custom Order Policies
The piece is to match the basic description of measurements provided by the buyer. If buyer is not providing blueprints, Peninsula Home Collection is not responsible for minor changes in measurement, configuration and overall design. Buyer acknowledges that color specifications are not provided with samples to match, Peninsula Home Collection is not responsible for variations from the intended finish shade, color and shine. Custom orders are not refundable. Sales are final and manufacturer will not be held liable for variations from specifications as provided by the buyer. All custom orders are subject to R & D and possible modifications. As such customer agrees to allow additional time for delivery.
Cancelation / Restocking Policy Stock Item Orders: Customers may cancel their orders before they are delivered for various reasons. A full refund will be issued if cancelled within the first 14 days of the order date or if there is a delivery after 14 weeks. Customers who cancel their orders after 14 days or before 14 weeks of the order date, will be charged a 35% Restocking Fee. Once the items are delivered and there is no immediate damage claim, the sales are final and cannot be refunded or canceled. Sales from special sale events are also final and cannot be cancelled.
Custom Orders: Customers may cancel their orders before they are delivered for various reasons. A full refund will be issued if cancelled within the first 7 days of the order date. Customers who cancel their orders after 7 days will forfeit their deposit. Once the items are delivered and there is no immediate damage claim, the sales are final and cannot be canceled.
